Sign up & Tickets

Sletten is created for Vikings by Vikings without affiliation with any museum or organization. It is not open to the public, so there are no ticket sales, and in the spirit of authenticity, there are no sponsors with large banners in the camp. This means we have to pay ourselves.

The ticket price covers the rent to the scouts, firewood, toilets, and the million small things it takes to create an event of this size. Every year we do our utmost to negotiate and keep the prices down. And rest assured, no one is making money from Sletten. It is a non-profit event, and all surplus from attendance fees will be reinvested back into the event. 

Signing up

Every year we try to make the process easier and more manageable for everyone, both participants and organisers. Its always a good idea to check this page, so you are updated on this years process. If you have any questions, write to us on Facebook or by email at sign-up@slettenvikings.dk.

Signing up for Sletten can only happen as a group (families and single people are just small groups). A group has two roles, Group Representative and Participant. Every group has to have one Group Representative. This is to facilitate communication between Sletten and the groups. Its also important because each role signs up in a different way.

Pre-register your group

Get your code and send to participants

You will recieve a Sign-up code. All Participants of your group will need this code to sign up. The link for signing up will be available on 1st of March.

Deadline is 1st of May.

Collect tent and space information

Your Participants will use the code to sign up. They will not be asked about tent size or space. That will be your job to collect. You can get an overview of how many have signed up, if you need it. Just contact us.

Send tent and space info to confirm

When you are confident in your numbers, please send the total number of tents and required m2 to us following this link
