Hello Vikings!
Many participants come to Sletten because it feels separate from everyday life and social media. Both visible and discreet cameras can affect comfort in camp, especially when people are unsure if recording is taking place.
It is also a fact that a lot of Vikings enjoy to have a candid photo taken of them in their kit (naturally, as we all look quite sexy in our Viking clothing), fighters study photos and videos to learn and improve, and we in the Orga Team need a photo or two to share on social media.
To make that happen, someone needs to sneak around in the shrubbery with a camera, and a bunch of people needs to pretend it’s not there. To ensure that all participants feel safe around cameras, we have Photoraphy Guidelines, and a list of approved photographers

The list of approved photographers is currently filled, with both professionals and aspiring photographers eager to not be seen, yet capture you all from your best sides.
