Hello Vikings!
- When evening falls, lanterns find their way up.
- Tarps and awnings stay tight, and don’t flap themselves into a chaos.
- Ropes and markings make sense when you walk past them.
The role won’t be enforcing rules or being an authority. It’s more about being the person who spots what’s needed, and takes a bit of ownership. Maybe it’s just a small thing needing a fix. Maybe you need to pull in a few willing hands nearby. Most of the time, it’s simple and a bit satisfying. Every now and then, it might be a little inconvenient. That’s part of the deal.
In return, you get the usual volunteer benefits, a clear role, and the quiet satisfaction of being part of why Sletten just… works. By sharing the tasks among three people, we believe the workload should be a maximum of an hour a day. Maybe a little more on arrival and departure day, and a little less mid-week if the weather is nice.
All the best!
